Embracing Emotions: Navigating Cancer Season

Hi everyone, my name is Tracy. I'm your host for Healing Starts With You, an astrology and healing program. So we are in cancer season. Cancer is a water sign. It's the very first water sign in the zodiac sign. You're going to notice that it's going to be very emotional this month. People are going to be very reactive. And sometimes even just a little word will give a reaction to someone. And you know, I work in retail, so I see this all the time. You know, you say one little thing, and there's such a big reaction, right? And you wonder why. And so if you have a lot of cancer in your chart, if you have your moon in cancer, you're going to see strong reactions, okay?Now, I have moon and cancer, but from the time I was a young child, I was not allowed to express my emotions. So if even, I mean, I used to cry, and, you know, then people would say, don't cry. And, you know, I remember sitting on the couch, and my dad would say, you know, don't say anything, you know, stop crying. You're not allowed to yell, you're not allowed to scream. And what happens is you suppress those emotions. And this month, it's about reacting to those emotions. Okay. So if you have emotions from the past that you suppressed, they may come out in this season. Okay. Someone might trigger that emotion. And and it's from your past. Because a lot of times we live in the past. We don't live in the present. We don't know why. Sometimes we react to things that we react to, okay?And it's really, when you think about it, we should be... Showing our emotions. And a lot of us don't because of the generation that we've lived in, where you're not allowed to react. Okay. And I see that in a lot of children right now, same thing. They suppress all their emotions, right? Because they're told not to react. Okay. So this is the energy of cancer season. Okay. A lot of reactions. And it's really, really up to whether you're going to react or you're not going to react.And so what I did, since I suppressed those emotions for a long time. I use an energy healing called Holy Light Energetic Healing by Sarah Smith. And what it is, is it lets go and release some of those emotions that you may have. It releases karma and it's such a beautiful, wonderful healing modality. Okay. So Sarah Smith has a Facebook page called Holy Light Energetic Healing. If you ever want to contact her, it's very, very wonderful. And especially in this season where we react so strongly, we need something to help us. And that is one of the healing modalities that I use to help other people as well.Okay.
